Rocky Ridge Farm

Under the Montezuma Valley Meats name the farm raises fullblood, DNA parent verified Wagyu cattle and Dorper lamb, selling whole, half, quarter and eighth beef shares direct from the farm with free local delivery across Cortez, Durango, Pagosa Springs and the Four Corners. Cattle are usually past 30 months at harvest and are finished on pasture, forage, premium hay and a selected ration made without corn, soy or GMOs.

The farm's dairy side, Cortez Creamery, provides raw A2/A2 milk from grass fed Jersey cows through a herd share, delivered to homes in Cortez, Dolores, Mancos, Durango, Bayfield, Ignacio and Pagosa Springs. The farm follows regenerative, bionutrient and biodynamic growing principles, keeps ponds and thickets for wildlife, and shares farm news on its blog.
