Raw goat milk is supplied through a herd share programme, the legal route in Colorado, with the milk tested monthly and the herd tested for brucellosis and tuberculosis. Beyond the milk there is farmstead goat cheese the family has been making for ten years, plus beef, pork and goat meat sold through the online shop, and goat milk soaps, lotions and lip balms. The goats do not milk from December through March so the milk pauses over winter, and boarding fees pause with it. The ranch also runs a seasonal goat grazing service for weed control from April to October, accepts SNAP and EBT, and delivers locally for a small fee.

Its Jersey cows spend their days on open pasture through spring, summer and fall, eating fresh non-GMO grasses grown without pesticides, and the farm says plainly that it does not believe in offering them grain. The cows are raised without growth hormones or vaccines. If one ever does need antibiotics she comes off the milking line straight away, and her milk is withheld and discarded through a withdrawal period of 30 to 60 days, well beyond the usual veterinary guideline of 5 to 10 days. Raw milk cannot be sold in Colorado shops, so Shiloh runs as a herd share: you buy a share of the herd and pay a monthly care fee covering feed, pasture management, veterinary care, milking and herd health testing, then collect your milk each week. A half share is about half a gallon a week and a full share about a gallon. Members collect at the dairy itself or from drop sites around Fort Collins, Laporte and Weld County. Goat's milk has recently joined the herd share, and the farm now also offers locally raised beef in limited quantities, including steaks, roasts and ground beef. Members are welcome to come and meet the herd by arrangement, and the family breeds German Shorthaired Pointers alongside the dairy.

The farm puts it as feeding for flavour, layering the taste of the meat the way a brewer layers a beer.
