The cows live on open pasture around the clock with shelters, mineral licks and water, eat non-GMO alfalfa and grass hays, and the milk is tested weekly on the farm and monthly at a certified laboratory.
Milk comes through a herd share scheme, with one share providing a gallon of 100% grass fed raw milk each week. Collection is free from the farm at Mack, or you can use paid drop off points serving the Denver and Boulder area, Summit and Eagle counties and the Grand Junction area.
