Great place to stop in! The milk is delicious, we got both cow and goat. Bonus points on cheese!
Robinson Beef and Dairy Ranch is a small family ranch near Montpelier in Bear Lake County, Idaho selling Jersey cow milk, Nubian goat milk, Angus beef, free range eggs, cheese and goat milk soap.
Robinson Beef and Dairy Ranch is a family run ranch in Idaho producing milk, meat and eggs. Jersey cows give rich milk with a high cream content, sold with or without the cream, and hand milked Nubian goats provide milk for drinking, cheese making and soap.
The beef herd is mostly Angus with some Jersey and Angus crosses, and free range chickens lay eggs in a mix of colours with deep yellow to orange yolks. Fresh mozzarella, spreadable goat cheeses and chevre are made from the farm's own milk, goat milk soaps are scented with essential oils, and everything is grown locally and delivered fresh, ordered by phone or through the website.
