BoDark Farm at Augusta, Kansas milks grass fed goats for raw milk that is filtered as it is drawn and sold cold in half gallon Ball jars, with a jar exchange for regulars.
When the herd has milk to spare the farm also makes raw goat mozzarella and feta to order, though cheesemaking pauses while the next generation of milkers is being raised.
The sheep flock is purebred registered Royal Whites, sold as grass fed lamb in whole or half shares with free delivery to the processor, and as breeding stock. Contact the farm to order or to join the lamb waitlist.
