Great people, great products!
Delicious products and friendly, helpful folks! Easy shopping, lovely farm!
We really appreciate Jako Farm! We love having high quality food choices! Delicious, healthy and we know the animals are well taken care of! Maurice and Lisa Riley.
I learned of Jako farm through a friend a couple years ago. I reached out and met Daniel and later Robyn and the kids. I felt a connection and decided at that first meeting that they would be my farmer! I love how they make their customers a part of their farm community. We get beef, raw milk, chicken, eggs, bone broth and even raw chicken designated as pet food. A couple months ago we purchased 1/4 of beef. They helped so much with the process of deciding what cuts we wanted and the beef is delicious! These are great people who clearly care deeply about the animals and land.
Wonderful! I love their food, especially the so-healthy butter. And I enjoy trying the new things they experiment with. So happy to find a local place that offers properly raised animal foods (and they carry locally grown greens sometimes, too).
Beautiful farm and beautiful family that choose to farm with all the life on the farm. Daniel and Robyn have chosen to farm with the natural rhythm of nature. Cows and the farmers rest during the winter. By freezing milk, cream and butter, I can enjoy their products all year long. JAKO Pure is the label I believe in!
Love the fresh dairy and meats from a source I can trust!
Every time I get to make a trip to JaKo farm I am as delighted as a kid at Christmas! Their products are of such high quality that it brings me peace knowing what I am buying and nourishing my body with can be trusted. I recently purchased a couple dozen eggs and told multiple people my scrambled eggs have been the best I've had in a long time. Make the trip to JaKo and support your local farmers, because it is so worth it!
JaKo Farm in Hutchinson, Kansas sells 100% raw grass fed dairy, grass fed and finished beef, pasture raised pork, chicken and eggs, raw honey and bone broth through a farm membership.
JaKo Farm is the King family's land near Yoder, Kansas, farmed since Levi King bought 80 acres in 1921. In 1991 Ken King finished planting the whole farm to grass and stopped using fertilisers and herbicides, moving the cows to fresh pasture every day. By 1996 the herd was fully grain free, and in 2001 the family began retailing raw dairy from the farm. Daniel and Robyn King bought the business in 2015 and run it today with their family and a small team.
The farm markets 100% raw, grass fed dairy that is never pasteurised or homogenised, grass fed and finished beef born and raised on pasture, pasture raised pork, chicken and eggs, raw honey, bone broth simmered over 48 hours, and tallow based skin care from their own beef. Products are sold through a farm membership, first visits are scheduled ahead, and the farm hosts events including The Gathering.
