Fleur de Lis Farm

For more than twenty years the fields, pastures and meadows have been farmed regeneratively, providing abundant grasses, legumes and herbs for a small pasture fed herd of purebred, A2/A2 certified Jersey cows. The farm has been licensed by the State of Maine for the sale of raw milk since 2015, covering the process, the farm and the milkroom, and holds a University of Maine dairy sanitation certification from the same year.

The Jerseys produce classic creamline milk and cream, sold alongside fresh eggs and other seasonal bounties of the farm at a self serve roadside farm stand just minutes off Routes 2 and 4. The milk and cream also reach local health food stores, specialty food shops, restaurants and farmers markets. The farmer leads the Franklin County chapter of the Weston A Price Foundation and its Campaign for Real Milk.
