Because herdshares are the legal route to raw milk in Michigan, you buy a share in the herd and pay for the care of your portion, which entitles you to a weekly amount of the milk, bottled to order in glass.
Members can add pastured eggs, raw honey and fresh baked bread from the farm's partners, and the farm also raises pastured beef of its own. Orders are collected fresh at the farm from Thursday to Monday, or from local drop sites chosen at checkout.
