Thundering Oak Highlands

They use organic practices to raise grass fed beef, grass fed raw cow milk, free range chicken eggs and free range chicken, and visitors are welcome to come out, look around and become members.

Since October 2022 the farm has operated as a Private Member Association, so products go to members only. Milk comes through a herd share: members lease an interest in the cow herd of sweet Jerseys, gorgeous Guernseys and some Shorthorns, and receive a gallon a week per share, packaged in glass half gallon jars. The herd is 100 percent A2/A2. In a LocalHarvest review a customer wrote that the milk is great and that Eric and Gwen practice extreme care in producing a sanitary, delicious product.
