Temple-Wilton Community Farm

Vegetables and animals are grown with biodynamic and organic methods, and close to 100 member households share the farm's produce, pledging by need rather than paying a fixed price, drawing on more than 40 vegetable varieties and up to three gallons of milk per household per week.

The farm is a state inspected, licensed raw milk dairy, bottling raw milk from its herd of 18 grass fed cows on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays at 18 dollars a gallon; buyers register once, then collect labelled jars from the farm store dairy fridge, and you do not need to be a CSA member to buy milk. Abbot Hill Creamery on the farm makes Camembert, Feta, Mozzarella and Quark from the herd's raw milk, plus unsweetened whole milk yogurt in returnable glass quarts. The farm store is open daily from 7am to 7pm.
