Healthfully Farm is a private membership farm in Troupsburg, New York, run by farmer Adam Ambrus, who has been farming since 2015.
The farm follows the raw food principles of Aajonus Vonderplanitz: animals are raised without vaccines, hormones or antibiotics, on raw, organic, soy free feed. The cows eat farm grown organic hay, seasonal grazing pasture and fermented grasses with clover, and the chickens get organic milk soaked grain, bugs and raw meat scraps. Everything is kept in its raw state and free of manmade chemicals.
Members order online and boxes ship at the start of each week, with inventory updated every Tuesday and Wednesday. The range covers raw milk, cream, butter, cultured butter, whey, cheese and sour cream, along with sheep milk, pastured eggs, raw honey, raw vegetable juices and a handful of pantry goods from trusted producers. A one time 25 dollar membership fee joins the association.
