Hungry Hollow Farm

I love all the wonderful offerings from Hungry Hollow. Fantastic communication and customer service as well!

Great product!! Was tired of sketchy grocery store/ Costco chicken- Hungry Hollow farm was recommended by the owner of Mossy Rock Ranch (check out their beef!) -

I dont know if we got a bad lot or what. I see all the amazing reviews. Thats what made me pull the trigger and buy. But what we received was extremely tough. Couldnt even eat 1/3 of my ribeye. Of course the ground meat was fine and plentiful but we were really looking forward to having top quality beef cuts and didnt come close. This was our first venture into buying direct. Not sure we will again.

Awesome.

Hungry Hollow Farm is not just a farm. Grant is creating a marketplace to connect farmers to consumers in Washington state. At their website, you can find fish, pork, and beef from other farms, too, and get the best-quality food you've ever imagined. I lost my gallbladder due to a poor diet back in 2020. Even though I’ve been in great physical shape all my life, supermarket products in the US are not good, if not terrible. Thanks to Hungry Hollow Farm, I can now eat 5 eggs in the morning without feeling bloated, and get the protein, omega-3, and DHA I need. Thanks Grant, and all American farmers who do not trade off quality for profit. You are the backbone of this country.

We recently purchased a 1/8 share of beef from Hungry Hollow Farm. We cooked a roast for a family gathering and received rave reviews! It was absolutely delicious! Tonight we are going to BBQ hamburgers which I anticipate will be also be excellent. I highly recommend purchasing beef from this farm when it becomes available to preorder. I know we will! Diane and Patrick Morgan.

Hungry Hollow Farm offers the absolute best chicken, beef, pork, eggs, honey, vegetables, even salmon and bread. We especially love their pasture-raised chicken and have been buying it for the last 3–4 years. The chicken bone broth we make from it is the most flavorful broth you will ever taste. Last year we bought 50 chickens and barely made it through the winter, so this year we upped it to 60. That is how much we love their chicken! We have honestly become chicken snobs, and we completely blame our amazing farmers Grant and Lindsay for that! We have also bought their beef and pork shares, and everything is top quality. We now have 4 freezers in the house just to make sure all of our meat comes from them. We are so grateful for Hungry Hollow Farm for raising our food!

I have purchased free range, organic chickens from Hungry Hollow Farm for over 3 years. Purchase and pick up has been super simple every time. We really like that Farmer Grant is partnering with other small businesses in the area. Picking up fresh bread and cookies when we pick up chicken is an added treat. The chicken has always been well packaged and frozen solid when we pick it up. It is delicious and lean when we eat it. I would recommend purchasing from Farmer Grant, he clearly takes pride in all he does and offers.

Our family (2 adults, 4 elementary aged kids) had a wonderful time touring Hungry Hallow Farm. We learned so much about how the farmers are caring for the animals and the land. Farmer Grant answered all of our questions and our kids loved interacting with the animals. I felt good knowing my kids understand a bit more about where food can come from when we choose to purchase form small farms like this one. At the end of the tour we picked up eggs, beef, bread, and cookies! All of which left us saying “this is so good!!!!” The egg shells are thick and the eggs are so insanely delicious. It’s amazing how different they are from what I buy at the store. We look forward to purchasing more from the farm in the future! Thank you for the tour and thank you for the insightful blog as well!
