Mountain Laurel Jerseys Dairy

Jesse Pearson, the fourth generation farmer, merged the family dairy with his father in law Jim Lambert's raw milk operation and now milks around 30 Jersey cows with his wife Megan and their ten children. The cows are 100% grass fed with no grain, milked once a day early in the morning, and calves are raised on their mothers.

The milk is quickly cooled and immediately bottled, nothing added and nothing taken away, under a Washington State raw milk licence with monthly testing. The farm store at Trout Lake is open daily 7am to 7pm for raw milk, raw cream, raw low fat milk and eggs from free roaming hens fed non GMO grain and never given antibiotics or hormones. There is 100% grass fed and finished beef from the farm's own pastures, local stockists and weekly pickups across the Gorge, and hay wagon farm tours.
