You choose an eighth, quarter, half or whole beef package, each made up of prime steaks, roasts, round steak, stew cuts, London broil, brisket and burger packs, with organ meats such as liver, heart, oxtail and tongue free on request. Prices include free delivery across Washington State, and ordering is done through the website or by emailing the owner.
