The farm shop is stocked with the farm's own freshly picked produce and homemade jams and juices, alongside local Kent produce from brands the family trusts, from everyday essentials to weekend treats. The farm also hosts seasonal events including car shows, charity days and Christmas visits, and is open seven days a week, 9am to 5pm Monday to Saturday and 10am to 4pm on Sundays.

The animals graze grass pastures through the summer, with hay, haylage and grass silage made on the farm as the mainstay of their winter feed, and the farm manages wild flower meadows, hedgerows and woodland under the Higher Level Stewardship scheme, with school visits and open days. The village butcher's shop on Rye Road, opened in 2001, sells the farm's free range, predominantly grass fed beef and lamb with full traceability: a blackboard names the herd and the farm behind the meat on display. Homemade sausages and burgers, dry cured bacon from free range pork, game and produce from like minded local farms fill the counters, and the team runs spit roasts for weddings and events.

The pedigree Sussex herd and Easycare flock are 100% pasture fed and certified Pasture for Life, rotationally grazing herbal leys, and all the grass fed Sussex beef is hung on the bone for at least 28 days. Lambing happens outdoors in April, and the farm works regeneratively, restoring soil, sowing herbal pastures and enhancing biodiversity. Rare breed Welsh and Saddleback sows crossed with a Tamworth boar give slow grown, free ranging pork, and wild fallow and roe deer roaming the farm provide lean venison.
