They raise 100% grass fed beef and lamb, heritage pastured pork, pastured chicken and turkey, eggs from mobile pasture coops and a raw dairy herd. The beef cattle are never fed grain, the milk cows are supplemented only with organic crushed peas and occasionally sprouted barley, and all feed is certified organic. When sickness occurs the family reaches for natural treatments first, vets are for emergencies, and no vaccines are given beyond the single one Idaho law requires for dairy and breeding cows.
The self serve farm store at 307 Heideman Rd is open Monday to Saturday, 7am to 6pm, selling raw milk, meat, sourdough bakery, organic dry goods and certified organic feed. Products also travel through pickup locations, farmers markets, retail stockists including Homestead Produce in Bonners Ferry, and home delivery, with farm tours and a farm stay offered too.

Laying hens live in mobile coops on organically managed fields and are fed a locally milled ration of peas, barley, alfalfa and camelina meal with organic micronutrients, never corn, soy or GMOs. The farm also grows regenerative, organically grown gourmet garlic, saving its best bulbs for seed, and seasonal vegetables.
An on farm stand in the tin walled shop at the farm entrance is open Monday to Saturday, 10am to 5pm, selling the farm's own eggs, garlic and vegetables alongside goods from many other local farms, which customers say includes raw milk and local meats. The eggs are also stocked by shops, bakeries and cafes across Bonners Ferry, Sandpoint, Coeur d'Alene and Post Falls.
