    The best farms

    1. 1Cliff's Country MarketCliff's Country MarketMeat & eggs · Caldwell4.7 (1030 reviews)Cliff's Country Market in Caldwell is the store and pickup point for Cunningham Pastured Meats, a family ranch selling pasture raised meats across the Boise Valley under the motto "from our family's ranch to your family's table". The range covers 100% grassfed beef, lamb and bison, pasture raised chicken, turkey and pork, wild caught seafood, free range eggs, and bones and organs. You can order online for nationwide shipping, book local home delivery around the Boise Valley, or collect in person from the store. Bulk bundles, a meat share, a value menu and gift cards round out the offer.
    2. 2Three generations of the McIntyre family standing in the pasture with their pigsMcIntyre PasturesRaw milk, meat & eggs · Caldwell5 (218 reviews)McIntyre Pastures is a family farm at Caldwell in Idaho's Treasure Valley, raising animals outdoors with regenerative methods. The beef is 100 percent grass fed and finished with no grain ever, the poultry is pasture raised in seasonal mobile setups, and the pork is raised free of corn, soy and GMOs. The on farm store is open six days a week, selling beef, pork and chicken alongside raw grass fed dairy, pastured eggs, raw honey, wild caught salmon, bones, offal and pet treats, tallow soaps and pantry goods. There is home delivery on subscription with a free product for life thrown in, a network of pickup locations, and bulk buying from variety bundles up to half and quarter beef.
    3. 3Loreto FarmLoreto FarmRaw milk, meat, fruit & veg · CaldwellLoreto Farm is a small family farm at Caldwell in Idaho, producing raw Jersey and Guernsey milk under Idaho Raw Milk Permit RM#401. The herd is small enough for each cow to get individual care and much of it carries A2/A2 genetics. The cows and the pasture drink the same well water the family drinks rather than irrigation water, grazing is rotational, and the milk is cooled quickly after milking and bottled in small batches. Because it is never homogenised, the cream rises naturally to the top. Alongside milk, cream and small batch yogurt, the farm keeps pasture raised laying hens, raises grass fed dorper lamb, sells grass fed Angus beef when the season allows, brews kombucha, and grows peaches, apricots, plums, nectarines, apples and blackberries in its own orchard using low spray and regenerative practices. There is no shop counter and availability changes week to week, so the farm asks people to get in touch to reserve products and arrange pickup. Families are welcome to come out and see where their food comes from, including the newest calf, Cookies.
