I tried to find local, organic vegetable suppliers in Ireland that are worth supporting. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this company for online orders. The delivery arrived damaged. Several items were crushed, poorly packed, and the whole bag looked like a mess. There were also questions about the invoice and whether everything had actually been delivered, yet the full amount was charged. I contacted them more about the damaged products and the billing, but received no response. They may be great in person, I cannot judge that. However, based on this experience, I strongly advise against ordering online from them.

Cork Rooftop Farm is an urban farm in Cork city founded by Brian McCarthy in 2020, begun as a homestead growing project on a rooftop during the first lockdown and built into a commercial operation within a year. Salad crops and herbs grow aeroponically on the rooftop while a no dig market garden supplies a community supported agriculture scheme, with veg boxes in three sizes that customers can curate and order weekly or fortnightly, alongside a stall in Cork's English Market on Grand Parade.
McCarthy was awarded a Nuffield Scholarship in 2020 to study a framework for urban agriculture, visiting farms in France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Singapore, Sweden, the UK, Canada and the United States. The farm also teaches what it practises, running growing courses and events including a masterclass with the market gardener Jean Martin Fortier, and welcomes volunteers to help on the growing sites.
