The school is an active proponent of raw milk, with co-founder Darina Allen at the forefront of the Campaign for Raw Milk Ireland.
A daily quota of fresh unpasteurised milk is sold from a refrigerated unit in the Garden Shop, along with homemade yoghurt, butter, buttermilk and cream. The cows are milked once a day and each calf stays with its mother during the day. The farm also includes gardens, glasshouses, a compost cycle and a farm walk, and the Garden Shop is open 9.30am to 5.30pm every day except Sunday.

McCarthy was awarded a Nuffield Scholarship in 2020 to study a framework for urban agriculture, visiting farms in France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Singapore, Sweden, the UK, Canada and the United States. The farm also teaches what it practises, running growing courses and events including a masterclass with the market gardener Jean Martin Fortier, and welcomes volunteers to help on the growing sites.

The honey is sold as Mil, a raw coastal honey that is cold extracted, never heated or filtered, and mixed by hand with pollen and organic propolis, with no water or sugar added. Duhallow OrganicsMeat & eggs · RuhillbegDuhallow Organics is a family run organic farm at Boherbue near Mallow in Co. Cork, raising purebred Dexter cattle. The land is worked without artificial fertilisers, pesticides or chemical sprays, and the beef is grass fed and finished, with the herd grazing pastures managed for wildlife as much as for livestock.
The beef is sold in boxes of 5kg, 10kg or 20kg through the online shop, drawn from the farm's own Dexter herd. There is no shop to visit, so orders go in online and are delivered, and the website lists local spots where you can try the Dexter beef.

Great natural Irish honey, the wildflower honey is delicious! Will be ditching buying honey in the shops and just order from here going forward. 100% recommend.

Ordered online, didn't get what I ordered and emailed them repeatedly with no response. Tried on their website and the contact email to no avail over weeks. Would not recommend anyone to order as I found their customer service to be no help at all and a rip if you don't even get your full order.
