Little Black Hill Farm is an organic market garden outside Killarney, County Kerry, growing pesticide free vegetables sold direct through a weekly box scheme.

Mary and her team sow, grow, harvest and pack everything on the farm, using natural and regenerative methods and no chemicals or pesticides. The location is deliberate, sitting handy for anyone driving in and out of Killarney, because the farm sells straight to the people who eat the food with no middleman in between.
The farm runs on a community supported agriculture model. Members hold an account, order online each week between Sunday and Monday, and collect their box at the farm on Tuesday between 1pm and 9pm. Places are limited and the scheme is full for the current season, so the farm keeps a waiting list and takes people on in the order they got in touch. In the meantime their vegetables are on the shelves at Milltown Organic Store and SuperValu Killarney.
