Niall and his family are providing great quality beef as well as exceptional customer service! It was such a pleasure dealing with them. We've already placed a second order, this time around for twice as much! 20kg instead of 10kg so we can gift some of it to family, friends, and neighbours. The steaks and roasts were great, and the mix ratio was fantastic. My wife and I enjoyed making meals from the variety of secondaries, it helped expand our cooking methods/recipes and led to some great times in the kitchen. We also found ourselves feeling more nourished from the high quality nature of the beef. This led to us not consuming as much meat overall, and then in turn levelled out what we would have been previously paying for off the shelf meats at the super market. So we are now finding that for the two of us we spend near the same €€, feel better from and about what were eating, and our beef meals are incredibly tasty! WIN-WIN-WIN. Overall I give 100 stars to this company and look forward to continuing to purchase my beef from them. Also the lamb (mouth watering) again next year when it's in season. Well done guys!
