Haystack Gardens

They farm to regenerate the land, building soil health and moving animals across fresh pasture so that plants and livestock work together rather than against each other.

The farm sells raw A2/A2 milk through a subscription, and has been a certified raw dairy through the IDPH since fall 2023. There is grass fed beef, lamb and goat meat in limited retail cuts, along with pastured eggs. Everything is collected at the farm in Glasford, and it is worth getting in touch first to join the milk list or check what is available.
