The farm sells raw milk by the gallon, an A2A2 raw milk line, raw cream, whipped cream, butter, cream cheese, raw chocolate milk and farm fresh eggs, alongside Angus hamburger, wagyu bone broth and rendered tallow. Orders go in online and milk drops run on scheduled routes to Colwich, Salina, McPherson, Claflin and other central Kansas towns.
The herd programme is unusually transparent: cows are tested for BLV, BVD, Johnes disease and A2 status, milk from every quarter is monitored for somatic cell count with only cows testing under 100 kept in the raw milk programme, coliform testing happens daily, and samples go to a certified laboratory every two weeks. Cows graze green pasture through spring and summer, with tested dairy grade alfalfa and brome hay year round.
