I just got my 1/4 beef from Wholesome Family Farms. We have used the beef and one roast so far. The meat is tender and tasty. I love knowing where my meat came from! The beef is all grass feed and you can tell by the taste and quality of the meat. This is the roast we made Saturday. We threw it in the crockpot, it did take 8 hours because this was an arm roast.
