Swain's Legacy Farm is a Sanbornton, New Hampshire dairy farm and year round farm store selling A2A2 creamline milk, grass fed beef, eggs and hay.
In October 2025, 21 Jersey cows came to Swain's Legacy Farm on Hunkins Pond Road and reignited the history of milking in Sanbornton, New Hampshire.
The farm's milk is vat pasteurized, non homogenized, A2A2 cream line whole milk, carrying only the A2 beta casein protein, which the farm says many people with a dairy sensitivity find easier to drink. They also bottle a maple milk made with their whole milk and 100% pure New Hampshire wood fired maple syrup. Alongside the milk the farm raises grass fed beef, keeps laying hens, and delivers hay.
The farm store is open year round, Wednesday to Friday 12pm to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 3pm. Milk, dairy and eggs are the farm's own, and everything else on the shelves is made in New Hampshire, from sourdough and stollen to maple syrup and soap. Cash, cheque and all major credit and debit cards are accepted. The milk also reaches the Lakes Region through retail partners including Concord Co-op, Little Red Hen, Gilmanton's Own, Blue Seal Feeds, Winnisquam Country Store and Brookvale Mercantile.
