Wild Carrot Farm is a draft powered vegetable farm in Brattleboro, Vermont, in the hills of Windham County.
Alongside its own produce and seasonal pasture raised, organic fed poultry, its tiny farm stand gathers food from dozens of Vermont neighbours, from organic milk, cheese and sourdough bread to maple syrup, honey, chocolates, gelato and seafood off the New England coast.
The self serve stand is open every day from 8am to 8pm, and you come in and help yourself. There are pick your own flowers and berries in season, a little free library all year round, and a veggie CSA too. Almost everything sold is grown or made in Vermont or the counties next door.

excellent produce and baked goods.
Called ahead, very pleasant people, welcoming. The farm is beautiful, the farm stand has lovely things ( honeycombs, pretty chocolate, maple milk, etc.). There are clear signs, beautiful rows of plants. Horses grazing, a Shrek outhouse ( we loved this). Easy purchasing options. Would recommend highly, it was a very positive experience.
Great select of local organic! My heart yearns to be there always. Wonderful wagon ride with Farmer Jessie, never disappointed, ever. Horse powered, beautiful land, farm stand, wow.
