Avi IzzimRaw milk farm in CarlsbadAvi Izzim is a small goat dairy at Carlsbad in south east New Mexico, milking a herd of Nubian goats. Raw milk reaches members through a herdshare, where you buy a share of the herd for a one time fee and pay a monthly boarding fee, and each share brings a weekly portion of the milk as it is produced. The goats get a rest from milking from December through March so they can kid healthily in spring.
