Niall and Billy Jo grow leafy greens, salads, vegetables and some fruit across open fields and polytunnels, working to organic standards and sourcing Irish organic seed where they can. The polytunnels stretch the season, but what is ready still comes down to the Irish weather.

Seasonal vegetable boxes are delivered locally from June to October, either as a set box or a choice box. Their salad leaf and other leafy veg also turn up in local shops and supermarkets around Ballybunion and Ballyduff from April to November, and they take restaurant and bulk orders. The beds are built no dig, and the whole family gets roped in for the big jobs like covering a polytunnel for a new season. It is not an open farm, so a visit needs an appointment.
