The farm also sells its Black Label Reserve home raised beef, hay, silage and screened compost, and takes custom processing appointments for customers who raise their own animals. Raw whole goat milk comes from its own herd of registered Guernsey goats, primarily grass fed and supplemented with local grains, and is made into a soft spreadable chevre, kefir, yogurt and cow and goat milk cheeses, with a Normande milk cow named Liberty and two Normande heifers from an all grass fed organic herd joining the milking line. A new double milking station serves the goats, and registered Guernsey goat kids are sold from a published kidding schedule.
